How do I receive a quote for my construction project?

Email or call us for a no obligations quotation for your construction project. We will create a plan that best suits your end goal, outlining your options.

How much does it cost to design/build a project?

It depends on the quality of materials and scope of work necessary, it begins at PHP 17,000 per sqm for a basic structure. The more complex the project, and higher end the materials, the higher the total cost per sqm. We design your project with-in your target budget, we offer a free no obligation consultation with us to highlight and clarify your options.

How can I secure my property purchase?

With a full scale due diligence, proper planning and execution of contracts. We investigate the property, conduct research and consult with various government agencies for your security and peace of mind.

How much does a due diligence cost?

PHP 50,000 for a full scale due diligence with research report on up to 3 properties, including our land analysis report.

Can I get bank/loan financing towards a land purchase?

Yes, if you are a resident and have proof of income. You must provide xxxx and qualify for up to % of your total income. You have the option to get a mortgage or a personal loan collateralized against your asset(s), depending on your personal situation.

Can I receive bank/loan financing as a foreigner?

Yes, the requirements are the same for foreigners as they are for Filipinos, as long as you’re a resident and have proof of income. You must provide xxxx and qualify for up to % of your total income. You have the option to get a mortgage or a personal loan collateralized against your asset(s), depending on your personal situation.

How do I get residency in The Philippines?

The Philippines has various visa options for foreigners to gain residency, during a consultation we will assist you to determine which is the best option for you.
